- Custom orders must be confirmed with exact specifications (size, logo, quantity, color) before production begins.
2. Prices & Payments
- All prices are subject to change based on material costs and customization requests.
- We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Dhaka.
- Orders are only processed after full or agreed-upon advance payment is made.
- Payment confirmation will be sent to you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
3. Delivery & Shipping
- Standard delivery times vary depending on product type and quantity (typically 3–10 working days).
- For urgent orders, additional charges may apply.
- Delivery within Dhaka is handled by our team; nationwide shipping is done via courier.
- Delivery Bag BD is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We only accept returns or exchanges for products with manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Custom printed or personalized bags cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including logos, product designs, text, and images, is the property of Delivery Bag BD.
- You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
